World Champion Massage

30 minutes of guided breathwork in the comfort of your own home via zoom.
You'll need a peaceful place to lay with a pillow under your knees but not under your head and to be left undisturbed for the duration of our session.
Check in with your body and share your intention for your session, followed by the active breathing technique to music, followed by rest and restore (savasana), and then a closing.

Breathe for a bit

This is for massage bookings in the San jose del cabo area. Based on the techniques Elise Wandering Hummingbird used at the 2017 World Massage Championship. Can include breathwork, aromatherapy, hot towels, and hot stones.
