Breathe for a bit

30 mins··$75

30 minutes of guided breathwork in the comfort of your own home via zoom.
You'll need a peaceful place to lay with a pillow under your knees but not under your head and to be left undisturbed for the duration of our session.
Check in with your body and share your intention for your session, followed by the active breathing technique to music, followed by rest and restore (savasana), and then a closing.
